Warranty Coverage
This PawTronic Pro GPS Dog Fence collar warranty comes with a one-year, non-transferable warranty that covers manufacturer defects. If you experience any issues, we will either repair your collar or provide a replacement unit. All replacement collars undergo thorough inspection and quality testing to ensure they meet the same high standards as a brand-new product.
PawTronic’s Accident Protection Policy
We recognize that accidents can happen. If your dog damages the collar or it breaks accidentally, we offer a one-time, hassle-free warranty repair within the one-year coverage period. If the collar is lost on your property, we will assist in locating it remotely. If it remains unfound, we provide a one-time refurbished replacement.
To initiate a warranty claim, please have your order number ready. If your product is not eligible for warranty coverage, we also offer repair services. Details are provided below.
PawTronic’s warranty claims are processed within three to five business days after we receive the product at our facility.
PawTronic Warranty Guidelines & Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
· Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sources.
· Additional repairs or replacements beyond the one-time Accident Protection redemption.
· Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the safety, operation, and maintenance guidelines.
· Physical damage, including bites, punctures, dents, tears, water damage, or tampering.
· Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly.
· Damage due to natural disasters such as floods, fires, or lightning strikes.
· Lost collars that cannot be located.
All replaced products become the property of PawTronic. The warranty is void if the product has been used beyond its intended purpose, purchased second-hand, or from an unauthorized seller.
Under the warranty, PawTronic will either repair or replace the defective product at its discretion. Any repaired or replaced items will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. Once we receive the defective product, the replacement will be shipped within ten (10) business days at no extra cost to the customer.
Please note that a product replacement does not extend the original warranty period.

· Limited Lifetime Warranty: We provide a limited lifetime warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
· One-Year Labor Warranty: For one year from the date of purchase, we cover all labor costs associated with repairs.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or Improper Handling – Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications – Any repairs or alterations not performed by PawTronic or an authorized service provider will void the warranty.
- Incidental or Consequential Damages – We do not cover lost time, inconvenience, inability to use the product, or any related incidental or consequential damages.
Repairs
If your PawTronic Pro Wireless Dog Fence requires repair:
1. Within One Year of Purchase: Contact our support team at support@pawtronicgpsfence.com or call (757)-517-8851. We will arrange repairs at no cost to you.
2. After One Year of Purchase: While parts remain covered under the limited lifetime warranty, labor charges will apply. Contact customer support for a quote and to arrange service.
Limitation of Liability
PawTronic's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as outlined in this warranty. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
