PawTronic Refund Policy

Returns Smooth like butter: 30-Day Return Policy

You get to experience the best shopping experience at PawTronic. You are always welcome to request a refund that does meets your expectation. Our refund rate is bare minimum however our product is always A-class. 

File a return request within a timespan of 30 days from the date you received your item.

Return Guidelines

  • Terms: To be eligible for a return request, the received parcel must be yet unused, and should be in its company packaging with the barcode label.
  • Proof of Purchase: You need to proof your purchase via receipt, order history, screen shot, etc.

Steps to Return Your Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us to start your return process.
  2. Collect a Return Ticket: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with all of the guidelines on how to send your item back.
  3. Ship It Back: Use the provided label to return your item. Items sent without contacting us first can't be processed.

Damages & Issues

Only in case of receiving a broken, faulty, or incorrect item, you are eligible to ask for a return, please notify us without delays. On receiving such faulty item, examine it upon arrival and email us so we can cater to your issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Unsafe materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or discounted items, and gift cards

Exchanges

To speed up the process, return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Refunds

As soon as we receive a return request, our team will check your request from the logistics team, and then informs you about the approval or rejection of your request. If it’s approved, you’ll receive the refund via your original payment method in around 10 business days. Also, please understand that it may take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to post the refund.

Please Note: There is a $25 restocking fee per product for returns.
