Warranty Coverage
The PawTronic Classic GPS Dog Fence collar warranty comes with a one-year, non-transferable warranty covering manufacturer defects. If an issue arises, we will either repair your collar or replace it with a new unit. All the replaced PawTronic GPS Dog collars go through a rigorous inspection and quality assurance process before being distributed. They meet the same high standards as a brand-new product.
Accident Protection Policy
We understand that accidents happen. If your dog damages the collar or it is accidentally broken, we offer a one-time, no-questions-asked warranty repair as part of your 1-year warranty. If the collar falls off on your property and cannot be found, we can assist in locating it remotely. If it remains lost, we offer a one-time refurbished replacement.
When contacting us for warranty claims, please have your order number ready. If your product is not covered under warranty, we also provide repair services. See below for details.
Warranties are processed within three to five business days after we receive the product at our facility.
Pawtronic Warranty Guidelines & Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Products not purchased from an authorized seller or bought second-hand.
- Additional repairs or replacements beyond the one-time Accident Protection redemption.
- Damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow PawTronic’s safety, operation, and maintenance guidelines.
- Physical damage such as bites, punctures, dents, tears, water damage, or tampering.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly.
- Lost collars that cannot be located.
All replaced products become the property of PawTronic. The warranty is void if the product is found to have been used outside its intended purpose, purchased second-hand, or from an unauthorized seller.
Under the warranty, PawTronic will either repair the defective product or replace it with a new unit at its discretion. Any repaired or replaced items will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. Once the defective product is received, the replacement will be shipped within ten (10) business days at no additional cost to the customer.
Replacement of a product does not extend the original warranty period.

· Limited Lifetime Warranty: We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all parts of the PawTronic Classic Wireless Dog Fence. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
· One-Year Labor Warranty: For a period of one year from the date of purchase, we cover all labor costs associated with the repair of your system.
Warranty Exclusions
Please note that our warranty does not cover the following:
· Misuse or Improper Handling: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product is not covered.
· Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs or modifications not performed by PawTronic or an authorized service provider will void the warranty.
· Incidental or Consequential Damages: We do not cover loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or any incidental or consequential damages.
Repairs
If your PawTronic Classic Wireless Dog Fence requires repair:
1. Within One Year of Purchase: Contact our customer support at support@pawtronicgpsfence.com or call us at (757)-517-8851. We will arrange for the repair of your system at no cost to you.
2. After One Year of Purchase: While parts remain covered under the limited lifetime warranty, labor charges will apply for repairs. Please contact customer support to obtain a quote and arrange for service.
Limitation of Liability
PawTronic's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as outlined in this warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products..
